FREE

I am not enslaved by false judgments, negative emotions, or the compulsion to seek external validation. Anger, anxiety about the future, and cravings for material things hold no power over me.

I am free.

I refuse to be disturbed by what isn’t under my control or what belongs to chance. Instead, I reject false beliefs and societal conditioning that cause emotional suffering, clinging to my inner peace.

I am free.

I possess power over myself—my thoughts, my actions, my emotions. I am my own person, capable of sound judgment, and I do not rely on external forces for joy. Self-sufficiency defines me; I am satisfied with what I have, free from reliance on chance or fortune. I harbor no longings; my life is complete as it is. Nothing and no one can take away my joy. My eyes are open, and I see that I already possess everything I need.

I am free.

I do not wait for some future moment to fulfill my life; it is complete in this present moment. My freedom allows me to be fully present, experiencing a rare kind of happiness and peace. I remove from my mind all things that I do not own—fear, societal expectations, the pursuit of empty pleasures, and the pain that arises from false beliefs.

I am free.

"Freedom is the only worthy goal in life. It is won by disregarding things that lie beyond our control." — Epictetus
