Moving Beyond Judgment

People will do and say what they feel is right, even when it aims to wrong, criticize, or harm you. They do not believe the same things as you, so it is unrealistic to expect them to follow the same paths of right and wrong that you travel along. This understanding gives you the ability to show more compassion.

When something occurs, say to yourself, 'They have done what they believe is right,' and move on quickly. This approach helps you avoid becoming entangled in common judgment and expending mental or emotional energy that is unnecessary.

Focus on yourself and doing what you know is right. This requires enough attention to keep you busy. Attempting to do anything more is simply more than you have time for in a day.
