Not Enough

“If you’re not hurting, you’re not training hard enough.” – David Goggins

“Listen to your body,” they say.

Yes, you’re sore. Yes, you’re tired. Most people would take that as a cue to rest. But not you.

When you listen closely, your body tells you something different: You haven’t earned a rest day. You haven’t pushed hard enough. You can go further. You can go faster. There’s more in you.

That whining voice in your head? It’s not your body talking. It’s weakness. It’s the voice of mediocrity—soft, timid, and content with “just enough.” Don’t listen to it.

You have work to do. You have not scratched the surface of your potential. There’s more in the tank.

You have not done enough.

Go.
