Perceive, Reflect, Grow: A Path to Clarity
Are your eyes and ears truly open to see and hear the answers you seek?
Do you take the time to sit quietly and listen attentively?
Or are you too impatient, too busy, to actually perceive what may right in front of you?
Do you not realize you have the power to see the true nature of all things?
This is within your grasp.
Do you need to find a word or mantra that you can tell yourself if you need to clear the junk out of your mind? Can this restore your thoughts quickly so that you may better see and hear with the clarity needed?
Exercise the god given ability to receive and perceive all things as they truly are.
When this is difficult, when the sensation of frustration boils up, give thanks for that moment.
You are feeling the growth happening within you.
Growth involves discomfort – often a struggle.
The load will become light as you train and practice.
Do not be afraid to press into the discomfort.
Postponing the pain only delays your personal growth and prevents you from becoming the version of yourself you want to be – don’t be lazy.
