Salt

What are you good for?

You are meant to be the salt of the earth—but are you living up to that calling? Salt preserves, enhances, and adds value. Are you doing the same in the lives around you?

Self-improvement is essential, but if it ends with you, it falls short. Growth should overflow into service. Your skills, your strength, your time—do they benefit anyone but yourself?

How are you serving others? How are you bringing value into the lives of those around you? Do your hands lift burdens or simply build your own platform?

Salt that loses its flavor is cast out. Don’t let your purpose decay from neglect. Be useful. Be generous. Be seasoned with grace and grit.

Be salt. Be light. Add to the world—not just to yourself.

“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?” – Matthew 5:13
