Internal Calibration
Why do you seek external validation? Will it truly resolve feelings of inadequacy, shame, or embarrassment?
Will approval from the outside actually correct the deficits you feel within—or only distract you for a moment?
Questioning yourself is not answered by applause, affirmation, or consensus. Those are temporary. They fade. And when they do, the doubt returns—often louder.
You already have what you need to course-correct your mental state.
Address the disruption quickly. Do not allow it to gain footing. Left unattended, these thoughts metastasize into rumination, then disillusionment, then depression.
You are better than this.
Believe in yourself. Stop—once and for all—outsourcing your worth to the opinions of others.
When you are unclear on your goal, everything becomes questionable. Clarity stabilizes the mind. Purpose quiets the noise.
Get clear. Recalibrate from within.
