Stillness in Motion

Watch out for the roller coaster of circumstance.

The waves of emotion will rise. The winds will shift. The weather inside your mind will change without warning. If your inner foundation is not fortified, you will be carried to and fro—spun, disoriented, nauseous from the constant motion.

This is how people lose themselves.

Stillness is not passivity. It is strength under control. It is the ability to remain centered while everything around you moves. Without it, clarity collapses and reaction replaces reason.

Find your stillness.

Create space to recover. Step out of the noise long enough to regain your footing. From that place of calm, move forward with strong intention and clear attention.

The world will continue to surge.
You do not have to move with it.

“You have power over your mind—not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” — Marcus Aurelius
